Sacred Mother and Child
For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.

Prenatal Bodywork
The power of Massage and Epigenetics (DNA coding)
Massage is more than a feel-good experience when pregnant. When a women is pregnant, her energy field magnifies greater than the average human. During this special process, the mothers dna-codes are being replicated for the developing fetus.
Receiving massage during the prenatal process enables the body to generate new cells and eliminate any abnormal cells that can cause health complications in future.
Prenatal massage has an incredible ability to serve two generations. Break generational curse's and create a bright and positive future with systemic bodywork. A regulated nervous system is a force designed for longevity.
In epigenetics, when a mom heals, her baby doesn't have to.
Prenatal Bodywork
A bodily experience, what to expect when expecting.
Lower stress levels
Increased peace of mind
Decrease insecurity
Regulate blood pressure
Increased mental stability
Decreased fear, grief or panic
Regulate circulation
Increased mobility and stabilization
Reduced health complicatins and challenges
Pelvic Floor & Girdle Adjustment
Minimizes pelvic dysfuntion or tearing
Generates energy and reinforces physiological needs
Round Ligament Release
Stabilizes the position of the uterus
Shortened ligaments can impair the size of the womb
Hip & Sacrum Release
Reinforces spinal cord & movement
Reinforces pelvic functions and stabilizes central nervous system
Rounded Shoulders
The harm from shoulder dysfunction
Rounded shoulders cause severe challenges during the prenatal experience. When the rotator cuff is impinged forward, the entire cervical chain is disrupted. This leads to chronic neck pain, back pain, specifically at bra line and scapula attachment.
Hyper-tension to the anterior chest can cause low or high blood pressure, shortened breathing, heart palpitations, anxiety, brain fog and low milk production.
Correct the rounding of your shoulders and protect your health.
Pelvic Floor Health
What is my pelvic floor and how does it impact my health?
The pelvic floor are foundational muscles located beneath the groin connecting the groin and anus muscles to pelvis and sacrum. These are the most important muscles for ALL human body function and mobility. Improper alignment due to extensive sports or workouts, childbirth, trauma, or from a genetic makeup can change how the nervous system functions and can have adverse effects on a person's health and life span.
Supporting the alignment and function of the pelvic floor can eliminate excruciating back pain from the sacrum, lumbar region. A properly functioning pelvic floor protects the uterus and womb for fetal development and reinforces a more manageable, faster birth experience.
The Home Stretch
30 weeks to delivery
The Pressure is On
The baby continues to gain weight and amniotic fluid can increase causing pressure and challenge to mobility. Pressure on the pubic bone indicates pelvic misalignment.
Side-line Sleeping
Side-line sleeping begins around the 8-15 week period. This can be challenging for stomach or back sleepers. Using pillows to reinforce body positioning is ideal.
Spinal Tension
Chronic tension on the spine and back muscles causes a lot of pain. Receiving bodywork enables better circulation and relief to spinal attachments.
Need for Rest
Rest is one of the most, if not absolute vital needs of a mother and developing fetus. When mom rests the energy supports fetal needs and allows mom to reserve her energy for delivery.
Hands and Feet
Stretching and moving the tissue in the hands and feet, reinforces the need for circulation and neurological rest. The hands regulate for the heart, while the feet regulate for the sacrum/spine. Both require touch for regulation.
The Birth Plan
Call your doula and have a birth plan ready! The birth plan is for the doctors, midwives, and nurses. This allows the staff to know what the mother desires for her delivery.
Planning reinforces the emotional needs of the mother during her labor and delivery process.
Positive experiences lead to positive outcomes.
Proactive Mama
Being proactive during the prenatal experience serves mom and baby. Protect the health of both, with systemic bodywork.
Experience only the positives and leave the scary stories for no one.
Clients can receive prenatal body work as early as the first trimester. It is highly recommended to begin treatments by 20 weeks to delivery.
***Clients must establish care prior to 35 weeks to receive treatments or postnatal care.
