Neuromuscular Systemic Bodywork
Science-based Healing
Systemic Bodywork
Client-activated therapeutic touch therapy designed to reinforce, restore, and rejuvenate. This is not a relaxing massage, but a sensory-activating treatment.
Clients don't sleep during the session; they activate and move their bodies for peak performance!
The Human Design
How does the human body work?
The further we discover our makeup, the better we are to identify our needs and develop proactive reinforcement for healing and cell regeneration.
Understanding Systemic Bodywork
People are more than just tight muscles!
Systemic bodywork is an advanced modality that integrates nine body systems, to reinforce healing opposed to maintaining and sustaining.
Systemic bodywork applies a cognitive approach to healing through activated-touch therapy.
Unlike traditional massage techniques that isolate muscles, we integrate systems!
It is our core belief that a body thrives when it is reinforced through utilization of muscles for what they are designed to do, PROTECT and SERVE through movement.
Muscular System
Muscular system is designed to defend and serve. This body system is for functionality and performance.
This is the most external body system designed to reinforce movement and defend against biological and environmental harms.
Lymphatic System
Superficial to the skin, the lymphatic system is designed to reinforce immunity through the lymphatic nodes in body system.
The immune system is dependent on the lymphatic system to cleanse and eliminate harmful pathogens.
Circulatory System
The body's third line of defense is found in the circulatory system. This system generates cells designed to restore and heal.
The circulatory system reinforces the lymphatic system by providing t-cell defense to secure immunity.
Hard Tissue
206 Bones create a human body
Bone cell matter and calcium creates bone tissue. Healthy bones create healthy muscles.
Soft Tissue
600+ Muscles Reinforce a human body
Muscle fibers create dense tissue to reinforce strength, mobility, agility, health and healing.
Joint & Facsia
Joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia
Smaller bands of connective tissue attachments designed to reinforce movement and maintain alignment to skeletal system.
Healing Goals
Clients receive a full assessment with clear understanding of goals and treatment plan.
Systemic bodywork identifies the underlining source of pain. Every treatment provides restorative care to soft tissue through integrated touch.
Spinal Assessment
Joint and Pain Assessment
Head and Neck Assessment
Spine and Pelvic Health
How do you align? The spine and pelvis dictate the overall health and restoration of the physiological systems.
A compromised pelvic floor or gait impairs functionality and performance.
Preserving Neuro Health
The Central and Parasympathetic Nervous System relies on movement and emotional processing to inhibit healing, growth and restoration. The better you move, the better your body becomes emotionally, mentally, physically, and physiologically secure.
Developing Neuroconnection
A brain is a curious child and always seeks to understand things more evolved. Developing neuroconnections through active movement enables the brain to build neuropathways throughout the body system.
Movement Reinforces Brain Activity
Healthy brain development and regulation requires active movement and cognitive awareness to it's need for action. Repetitive movement without regulated rest, disables parasympathetic nervous system and heightens risk for low energy, brain fog, muscle loss, weight gain, mental health challenges, autoimmune disorders and/or disease.
Turn the Monkey Brain OFF
Systemic Body work utilizes touch therapy with active release to stimulate movement, reinforce stability, regulate energy flow with cognitive awareness and intent.

Proactive Healing
In life, everything is physics.
Human beings are vibrational beings that rely on energy. The energy we transmit is the reflective energy we receive. Misalignment and neurological impingements cause physical, physiological, mental and emotional de-regulation. This not only shortens the life span of a person but can also cause additional harm to self and others.
Neuromuscular therapy creates new paths for healing, while traditional massage therapy leaves people tolerating touch with nothing more.
